Circle’s anticipated IPO appears poised to proceed without disruption, with BlackRock reportedly showing interest in the stablecoin issuer. Banking teams have completed due diligence, and the offering is scheduled for the week of June 2.
Market veterans note the extreme improbability of an acquisition at this late stage. "Once you reach this point in the process with bankers named and pricing set, companies typically see it through," said Jay Woods, Chief Global Strategist at Freedom Capital Markets.
